*  Flat screen TV’s in main area and each bedroom

*  Satellite to each TV

*  DVD, CD and stereo system in main living area and each bedroom

*  High speed inter net access

*  Tile, stone or hardwood flooring

*  Stone kitchen tops and vanities

*  Quality window treatments with black out ability in bedrooms

*  Newer and better quality cabinets

*  Newer and higher quality lighting and plumbing fixtures

*  Newer and higher quality furnishings

*  Newer and higher quality wall hangings

*  Newer and higher quality decor

*  New and high quality outdoor furniture.


Avoid:

*  Anything that looks cheap

*  Anything that looks old or tired

*  Anything that looks dated or not in fashion

*  Old looking electronics, TV’s etc.

*  Dated colors
