The Online Reservation System is secure. This means, among other things, that the information
submitted on the online form goes through the web encrypted, or scrambled.
How do I hold my lodging dates while I secure my airline reservations?
You can place a “HOLD” on your dates. This allows you to secure your airline reservations without
completely committing to your lodging dates. When you place a hold on dates, those dates are
temporarily taken off the market. When a hold is requested via email, the hold expires automatically at
5 PM central time the day after the hold is requested via email. We ask that you place a hold on dates
only after you have already made the decision to book one of the units on this site and all that remains
is making your airlines reservations prior to finalizing your reservation. We ask this because there is no
cost or obligation to place a hold on dates. When a hold request is made, you will receive an email
“HOLD CONFIRMATION”. Please note that although the hold confirmation may not come through
immediately, no reservations are made without first checking for non expired hold requests and any

How do I know the sensitive information being submitted on the online form is secure?
(Note: Answer is for PC users. For mac users, please consult your mac computer users guide)
Answer: On any web page you can right click anywhere on the page. This will activate a drop down
box with a menu. Left click on “properties” to view the page security details. If the page is secure, it will
have a security certificate and this section will also let you know if the information being processed from
the page is encrypted or not. The security certificate for this site will have a root URL of cancuncondos.us
For example, if you were to type into your browser www.cancuncondos.us/cancunvacationrentals3000 you
come to our same web site. Note that there is no “.com” after the sub directory.
Make sure you check availability one last time prior to making your reservation unless you already
just did so. To check availability for the vacation rental you want to book, go to “view vacation rentals”
above and then click on “Availability & Rates” for the unit you want to book. Then click on “check availability”.
After completing the form in full, click “submit”. If you click “clear” all of the info will be cleared
and you would need to start over.
There is a box at the bottom of the form to fill in other details that may be pertinent if you wish.
After submitting the online reservation form, you will receive an email confirmation the next
business day. The confirmation will also show your receipt.
If you are booking more than 60 days prior to arrival, your card will be charged a deposit of
20% of the total for the rental. If your arrival date is less than 60 days away, the total amount
for the rental will be charged. For those booking more than 60 days before arrival, the balance
is charged automatically to the same card when 60 days prior to arrival comes. At that time,
you receive a second email confirmation that will also show your paid in full receipt .
When you arrive at the resort, the front desk will not show your reservation. We operate
independently from the resort rental pool.
Upon arrival, just go right to the front door where you are staying. Detailed instructions regarding
exactly where to go, how to get keys, etc. will always accompany your paid in full email confirmation.
The keys will be in a lock box right by the front door.
If you have not already read through the information about the resort where you will be staying,
please do so. As an example, Hotetur Beach Paradise is an all inclusive resort. You do not have
to participate in this option, but it is important you know the details relative to this decision,
regardless of the choice you make. You can read this info by going to “view vacation rentals”
above and then clicking on the name of the resort associated with the vacation rental you wish
to book. If you do decide to go with the all inclusive at Beach Paradise, you would purchase this
directly from the resort at the front desk.
