This amazing Penthouse features more upgrades than you may have time to read about. The only
thing better than the features inside this space, may be the majestic Caribbean & Lagoon views that
can be enjoyed constantly from any vantage point within the condo or it’s terraces.
This unit primarily faces straight out to the beautiful Caribbean. The floor to ceiling glass to the
East (facing out to the Caribbean) spans 34 feet. As this floor to ceiling glass continues it’s wrap
around the dining area and kitchen you have the wonderful view of the Lagoon de Amor.
You access the main terrace from the kitchen via a glass slider that is 3 panels wide. This special
slider allows 2 of the 3 panels to completely open up to the outside allowing for a very open outside
feeling even when you are inside. Almost all of the floor to ceiling glass has an upper section that
opens horizontally to give one the feel of the entire penthouse being a huge balcony.
Gorgeous large polished marble is in abundance here. All of the floors, support pillars, and many
other vertical areas feature this beautiful tile. The kitchen and bar tops are all granite. And special
lighting and dimmers can be found in great abundance.
The furniture on the terrace is Barlow Tyrie, a world renowned high quality brand; and there is a lot
of it. 8 people can comfortably eat at the large round table. There are also 4 lounging chairs with
small tables and a bar table and chairs. (Even the terrace has this polished marble flooring).
The leather couch in the living room is as comfortable as it is beautiful. And outstanding touches
abound in this amazing space. For instance, both the kitchen and living room have a flat panel HD
television built right into the pillar. No satellite are cable boxes are noticeable. The remote control
feeds a relay system back to the boxes which are tastefully tucked away in a storage area.
The 4th floor bedroom is small but functional. The couch converts to a bed that is surprisingly
comfortable. This bedroom does have it’s own flat panel TV/DVD player and music, and a
shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs are all of the 3 master suites. Master suite 1 & 2 have their own private balcony to the
Caribbean. All 3 suites feature king beds, private fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
All 3 also have their own private jacuzzi tub. And yes, they all have the flat screen TV,
surround sound, DVD player, ceiling fans, individual climate control, special lighting and
the list just goes on and on.
What is also nice and duly noted is that you can enjoy your vacation with your family and loved ones
without the need to rent additional and separate rooms because of it’s spaciousness. For a very
special vacation, this option is a true stand-out from the rest of the pack.
Lastly, if you happen to have even more people in your party than this penthouse can accommodate,
you can click on “Other Penthouses” in the navigation menu above. This will take you to another
beautiful Penthouse in the same resort and in the same building. This unit features a private
elevator, private pool and views that are outstanding!
How can you sleep 10-12 people or more?
There is a king bed in 3 of the bedrooms. In the 4th bedroom, the couch turns into a very comfortable double bed.
Additionally, we have several beds and linens that blow up easily and quite quickly with an electric motor. These
additional beds come in both twin and queen sizes. We make them available upon request. They can either be set
up in advance of your arrival, or left not inflated for you, depending on what you want.
Can you smoke in the condo? No. However, smoking is permitted outside on any of the three
Terraces.
Are pets allowed? No.
Are Linens provided? Yes, towels and linens are provided.
Is daily maid service included? No. However, our manager in Cancun can arrange for daily maid
service for you if you wish. You would pay Mike or the resort directly for this service.
What would the extra cost be for the daily maid service? About $50 a day, depending on what
You want done.
Can we choose what days we want the service? Generally yes. You would work with our
manager in Cancun to work out specific days, if desired.

Is there inter-net access from the condo? Yes, wireless.
Is there a charge for this? No, it is free for our guests.
Can we make calls from the condo? Yes.
How much do they cost? Local calls in Mexico are .25 cents per minute. Long distance
calls to the US or Europe are reasonable, just .40 cents per minute.
How do we pay for phone calls? They are charged to the credit card we have on file for you.
When is the charge processed? Within 4 weeks of your departure date. You are sent an
email showing your calls broken down by when you called, where and for how long and what
the corresponding charge is. This amount is then automatically billed to the credit card we
have on file for you.
Is there a charge for calling the manager in Cancun? As long as you initiate this call from
the special phone we provide for you, no. This phone is only for calling our manager in
Cancun.
Do you recommend renting a car? No. Buses run 24/7 right outside the resort and the
Wait is never more than 5 minutes. You can go anywhere in the hotel zone for just
.75 cents per person.
How do we get a from the airport to the hotel? We do not provide transfers.
However, as a convenience, you can go to the navigation above and click on “Reservations” and
and then select “Flights and Transfers” and then select “Airport Transfers” and you will be
be linked to a Cancun Transfer company. You can simply wait to get to the airport to arrange
this if you like. Plenty of companies are right at the airport who would be happy to have your
business. Reserving in advance typically saves you a little money.
Is it any cheaper to reserve a transfer in advance? I have been told it is cheaper to book
a transfer in advance.
If we just take a standard car size taxi from the airport, what is a fair price to pay? About $25.
What if we need a van to get us all there? Usually about $50.
How long does it take to get to the resort from the airport? About 20 minutes.
Do you recommend an airline to Cancun? From the US, we recommend USA 3000.
This airline is affiliated with Apple vacations. They do not offer service from all
major cities. Their planes are newer and have more leg room. The prices are
excellent and all of their flights to Cancun are non-stop. There web site is www.usa3000.com
Does this resort have its own restaurants? Yes. There are 3. For any questions you have
relative to the resort, please go to the navigation menu at the top of this page. Click on
“The Resort”, then click on “Frequently Asked Questions”.
Does the condo have English speaking channels on the TV’s? Yes. The TV’s are
hooked up to a satellite. There are over 250 channels available. Many are in English.
Even the NFL network is available at no cost from the TV’s in this condo.
Is the kitchen a full kitchen? Yes, there is a full size fridge, a cook top, microwave,
pots, pans, dishware, silverware, utensils, etc.
Is there a dishwasher? Yes.
Is there a washer and dryer? Yes. Both the washer and dryer are one unit.
Is there an ironing board and iron? Yes.
Are their safes in the condo for valuables? Yes, one in each bedroom.
