Reservation guidelines:
1) During some periods, nightly rates are not available; please see rate chart below.
2) When nightly rates are available, there is a 3 night minimum.
3) There are two periods when rentals are weekly only and Saturday to Saturday only.
For 2008 those dates are: Dec 20-Jan 3.
For 2009 those dates are: Jan 17-April 25 & Dec 19-Jan 2.
4) You can book over the phone or online, which ever you are more comfortable with

5) Visa, master, discover & american express are accepted.
6) If booking more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit required to secure your dates
is 20% of the total. If booking 60 days prior to arrival or less, payment in full is required.
7) A “VACATION CONFIRMATION” email will to out to you no later than one business day
after making a reservation. This e confirmation will have all the details needed for your
Vacation stay including your receipt.
8) No security deposits are required, nor are any signed contracts. We do require that you
email back after receiving the confirmation saying that you agree with the confirmation and
the details contained in the confirmation.

11) The availability calendar shows only nights that are booked. So if you see a date in red
showing booked, you can depart on that date. Check availability now FOR #2000
12) If you book a nightly stay, and your dates precisely fill in vacancies between two
bookings, you will receive a discount off of the nightly rate equivalent to the weekly rate
divided by 7, times the number of nights you are staying. (the pro-rated weekly rate)
